Concept Capital Group’s commercial partnership with Social Park Housing (SPH) derives from an exclusivity agreement between both companies. SPH provide CCG with qualified tenants, static home management services and community-based support to allow for an efficient and reliable process.


Social Park Housing was established to support the social accommodation needs for residents living in mobile homes and often utilising Government Assistance for their rental requirements. We work with Local Authorities throughout the UK and The Department for Work and Pensions to deliver sustainable and affordable mobile home accommodation and social housing services for all.


SPH identified the need for property management to recognise, understand and develop the knowledge of the mobile home sector and we assure tenants that our teams are culturally aware and trained to provide the best support for residents.

Navigate through the Benefits System

Understanding how the benefits system works is not an easy process. We are here to help you easily understand what is the best option to use when it comes to renting mobile homes through Housing Benefits/ Universal Credit.

Completing the HB and UC forms

SPH provides easy and efficient support to complete Universal Credit, Housing Benefit and welfare support documentation and we will help you to fill the HB/UC forms and check your eligibility for residential mobile homes rental support.


SPH will help all our tenants and applicants to find the correct legal authority and assign you to the right council around your area. 

Liaise with councils

SPH are the middleman in the communication process between councils and tenants and will assist over the phone or through messages if special needs are requested to complete your applications and paperwork.

Completing DHP

Discretionary Housing Payments (DHP) are payments made by your local council to help with a shortfall in your Housing Benefit and Social Park Housing are able to assist with this process and paperwork.

Aftercare and Mobile Home Transportation

When SPH finalise the main applications mentioned above, we assign you to the mobile homes of your dreams and ensure that this will be delivered to your mobile home site and provide excellent tenancy services for the duration of your stay and excellent upkeep for your home. SPH have an in-house team of repairs specialists that are available to assist for any relevant issues with the mobile home, should they arise.

    Tenant Enquiry

    Our marketing team test eligibility for a rental home by checking LHA rates, HB/UC eligibility and securing personal information.

    Tenant Order

    We help the approved tenant complete the order form and make any customisations the require. The tenant will be liable for additional costs above the investment allocation.

  • 03

    New Build Homes

    We send the order to the factory where the team start building the brand new mobile home. We will let you know when the home is due to be delivered.

  • 04

    Transport and Sitting

    Our benefits team will follow up with the tenant and liaise with the factory and delivery team to ensue the home is delivered on time.
