Addendum to Purchase and Management Agreement (177)

 

 

This Addendum is hereby incorporated into and made part of the Contract between Concept Capital Group ("Supplier") and ("Customer") 

1. Management Fee Charges
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Clause 11.4 of the Contract, the parties agree that the Customer’s sole charge for the management of the property shall be the fixed fee of £130.43 per calendar month. The Customer shall not be liable for any additional charges or fees in connection with the management of the property, including but not limited to charges for insurance or any ancillary management-related services.

2. Variation of Services
Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 11.5, any variation, extension, alteration, or addition to the management services provided by the Supplier shall be supplied without imposing any further charge or fee on the Customer unless a separate written agreement to that effect is made between the parties.

3. Continuation of Terms
Except as expressly modified by this Addendum, all other terms, conditions, and provisions of the Contract shall remain in full force and effect.

This addendum clarifies that, aside from the fixed management fee, no extra charges will be imposed on the Customer for the management of the property.
