Who Are Concept Capital Group?

Our Story So Far...

Concept Capital Group is a property investment group that offers a unique and hassle-free approach to property investment, connecting investors with socially responsible, economically sustainable, and high yielding investment opportunities in the UK. 2015: Introduction of the British Standards Institution’s BS3632 Standard

The legislation was updated to ensure that Park Homes are manufactured to an increased standard and to be more energy-efficient, providing conditions that are suitable for permanent, long-term living, all year round. Read more about the BS3632 Standard here.

2016: Industry Leaders Enter the Market

Wyldecrest Parks, spearheaded by Alfie Best, leveraged the new BS3632 standard and grow to become Europe’s biggest park home provider.

2018: Exclusive Partnership for Concept Capital Group

Concept Capital Group wins the licence to become the sole sales and investment provider, partnering with Social Park Housing who manage all matters to do with tenants, and Knight Mobile Homes, which manufacture the homes in their UK based factories.

2020: Concept Capital Group Expand Operations

Concept Capital Group expands operations and raises over £1.5 million in 8 months. Housing over 120 individuals.

2021: Concept Capital Group Today

  • 112 locations across the UK.
  • 180 homes managed.
  • 236 people are housed in units.
  • 98% occupancy rate.
  • 80% total allocation used; we have a maximum allocation of 2500 units which we hope to reach by 2022.
  • 4.8/5 rating on Feefo, a review platform where only verified clients can review the business.
  • Expanding offices in London and Dubai. Now located in The News Building, near London Bridge.

Our Goals

The goal of Concept Capital Group is to provide affordable housing solutions across the housing sector and become a leading investment provider with a diverse portfolio of opportunities. By 2026, we aim to own 1250 of the Buy to Let Park Homes we sell as well as 1250 modular units we will have available. These goals are a crucial component of our business model, and we hope to reach these milestones within six years.
