Facilities Management

The management company will manage all repairs and maintenance of the unit(s) during the term

Subcontracting

The supplier may subcontract their obligations with the consent of the customer (not to be unreasonably withheld)

Charges

The supplier shall retain the management fees per month of £135.67

The supplier will guarantee rental income of £137.25 per month for the customer

Guarantees

The customer to abide by all policies laid out by the Management Company

Insurance

The supplier will maintain a public liability insurance

The supplier will maintain in place a product replacement insurance

Break Clause

The customer and supplier may terminate the agreement early by serving notice 6 months prior to the Break dates
