Buy-Back of Static Home

Management company will have the option to buy back the Unit(s).

Insurance

The supplier will maintain public liability and product liability insurance for the Unit(s)

Management charges

The supplier will retain £203.50 per calendar month for the management of the site which will be taken from the total monthly rental income due

Facilities Management

The management company will manage all repairs and maintenance of the unit(s) during the term.

Subcontracting

The supplier may subcontract their obligations with the consent of the customer (not to be unreasonably withheld)

Charges

Total Monthly Rental Income per calendar £541 

The supplier shall retain the management fees per month of £203.50

The supplier will guarantee rental income of £337.50 per month for the customer

Guarantees

The customer to abide by all policies laid out by the Management Company

Insurance

The supplier will maintain a public liability insurance

The supplier will maintain in place a product replacement insurance

Break Clause

The customer and supplier may terminate the agreement early by serving notice 6 months prior to the Break dates

On Termination of agreement

 

 

Management Agreement Schedule

 

The supplier shall vacate the facilities and return any possessions and documentation to the customer. The supplier shall submit an exit management plan and assist in the transfer of services.
